Summer Classic car and bike show

G'day all,
It never ceases to amaze me the dedication and tenacity car owners have! It doesn’t matter how bad the weather gets, they will always bring out their pride and joy knowing they can still make a day of it. The weather hasn’t been kind to the car show community this season and Sunday was no exception yet the 7th annual Summer Classic car and bike show went ahead with a decent turn out of cars and bikes and some highly detailed rides amongst it too. This event is set to take off thanks to the dedication of the organizers, great trophy presentation and the new venue. Keep this one in mind when filling out your calendar next year, it’ll be huge!
Cheers!

Queenscliff Rod Run

G'day all,

The
Geelong Street
rodders once again turned on a spectacular rod show on the Queenscliff foreshore albeit a short sharp shower around opening time but it could not dampen the enthusiasm of car lovers alike. Cars and bikes turned out in their numbers as the sun warmed up the punters perusing the array of vehicles and trade stands spread across the numerous parklands while a live rock band added to the atmosphere. Among the regular rides were many new vehicles not seen at this show before. This weekend gets bigger each year and has been a great prelude to the upcoming Hotrod Nationals to be held at Geelong this coming Easter. See you all there!

Cheers!
