Relocated

Hi everybody, we have relocated our blog site to a new blog site here:
Caprice Photography Automotive Art
The new site has a different spin on it showcasing the carshows more than the cars themselves. Let me know if you like our new style (or not) and we hope to keep you entertained with our automotive imagery!

Cheers!

Calder Park classic muster 2011

G’day all,
The Calder Park classic muster was held today in conjunction with the All Makes swap meet at Calder Park/ Thunderdome and for a cold day, it was a great turnout. While the skies threatened to dampen the mood, the sun managed to shine through giving the punters some warmth when sheltered from the wind. Plenty of bargains could be found among the many sites spread out in the pits area while a quick stroll into the Thunderdome grounds found a variety of cool cars covering most marques and styles from the vintage through to the highly modified. This is becoming a popular event now held in these grounds and is a great one to mark on your calendar for next year. Check out the pics, feel free to leave feedback and hope to see you there next year!
Cheers!

The 2011 Australian International Motor Show

G'day!
The 2011 Australian International Motor Show was on display in Melbourne, Victoria this year and it certainly didn’t disappoint! There was a great variety of concept cars, from environmentally friendly to radical sports models, front and center of most Marques’ stands showing us what the future holds and it’s looking very interesting!
For those who were looking for their next car, there was a plethora of models to choose from with all stands displaying their complete range accompanied by beautiful assistances to help out with queries
The show also had a display of classic cars from the past to show us where we had come from and they looked fantastic in their immaculately restored conditions.
Out front was the Shannons display with everything from a Porsche tractor (seriously!) to a Ferrari which will all go under the hammer soon.
Those of us who couldn’t afford could at least dream of the vehicles we would like to see in our garages and if you want to catch the show next year, it will be in Sydney. Check the Web for dates and enjoy the ride!
Cheers!
